First of all I have to inform you that this is a support for paying customers only. If you are interested in using op5 Monitor for monitoring please take a look here:

But I'll try to give you an answer to the problem here anyway.
This might be solved if you reinstall the XML/LibXML modules. It looks like vmware replace some perl modules. More information about that can be found here:
